Is-ness

 It  is what IS ...
What is not it also IS ...

One side of a coin or the other side of the coin, still is a coin.

One is not all Light nor is all Darkness.
One is both, yet One is none of them.
They come from the same source.

Therefore choosing a side is to be fragmented. Thus Conflict arises.
Choose not as you are everything, yet nothing.

The Ocean is the River. The River is the Ocean.
Without Ocean there is no River.
Without River there is no Ocean.
The River chooses no path, no side, it simply flows.
Always flowing. Infinite !

To be a river, either drop all or embrace all.

Cling to one and the other will cling to you.
Cling to light and darkness will cling to you.
Cling to kindness and rudeness will cling to you.
.....
As to accept one is to reject another.

Accept what is and what is not.

The mind has no space in one absolute pole.
If you drop all, reject everything that you think that is.
Then there is no playground for mind.

If you embrace all, then again there is no playground for the mind.

That is because the mind dwells on duality.

To embrace all or drop all is the same and the One.
